Dragonfly Ranch
Sunriver, ORDansky’s Dragonfly Ranch is located about 6 miles south of Sunriver Oregon, bordered by the Little Deschutes River and National Forest. Dansky’s backyard chicken flock consists of 35 hens of assorted breeds including Araucana, Barred Rock, Buff Orpington, Black Astralorp, Cherry Egger, Rhode Island Red, plus a few Bantams.

Sand Lily Goat Farm
Bend, ORIn 1988, Patricia A. Moore and her partner Cheryl Powers purchased 80 acres just outside of the city limits of Bend, Oregon. The property consisted of Ponderosa pine trees, junipers, no road, no water, and no electricity. Today, Sand Lily Farm has more then twenty acres in organic pasture for their South African Boer meat goats.

Bend, ORMy six year old son refused to drink store-bought organic milk of any kind for over a year. Once we tried Noris Dairy milk from Agricultural Connections, he began to drink multiple glasses a day. When we run out before the next handout, I try to "trick" him with store-bought milk. He says ..."Oohh that is gross, old milk!" I can't trick him...

Bend, ORThis is the most customer-oriented CSA program I've participated in! Liz goes out of her way to solicit feedback, and is on-the-spot troubleshooting any order problems. Online ordering is a breeze, and the fact that I can go away and not pay for unused vegs, as with other CSAs, makes a welcome difference. Nice that they offer Individual Shares, (just enough for two) and can get a 4-week discount. Enjoy the variety of specials - mushroom selection is awesome! Honey is the best I've found, not too cloying and syrupy. Things like Stinging Nettles and Fiddlehead Ferns in the spring are an incredible gourmet adventure.

Madras, ORI love the fact that there is an opportunity to pick up milk, half and half, microgreens, and mushrooms in Terrebonne at DD Ranch. It's really easy to swing by the Ranch and grab my items out of the refrigerator and I am always so pleased with the flavor, quality and freshness of everything I receive. I am so happy that this option exists for those of us who live outside of Bend! Thank you!
